Connect & Grow Membership Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to your membership of Connect & Grow (‘the Membership’) run by Anna Payne Consulting (‘we’, ‘us’, ‘our’). By joining and paying, you agree to these Terms.

1. Membership and payments

  • The Membership runs on a subscription, either monthly or annually.
  • Payments are taken in advance using the card or method you gave at checkout.
  • Your subscription will renew automatically each month or year unless you cancel.
  • Founding member prices are fixed for as long as you keep your membership active and payments up to date.

2. Cancellation

  • You can cancel your membership at any time by logging into your members’ area at www.annapayne.online.
  • If you have any problems, email us at support@annapayne.online before your next payment date.
  • It is your responsibility to cancel before your billing date if you don’t want to continue.
  • When you cancel, your membership will stay active until the end of the period you’ve already paid for.

3. Refunds

  • Payments are non-refundable, whether monthly or yearly.
  • No partial refunds are given if you cancel part way through your paid period.

4. Sessions and conduct

  • Your membership includes online networking sessions and related resources. We may make reasonable changes to timings, format or content.
  • Our sessions are designed for connection and support, not sales pitches. Please take part respectfully.
  • We may remove anyone who behaves in a disruptive or inappropriate way, without refund.

5. Liability

  • We do not guarantee specific business results from the Membership.
  • We are not responsible for any losses, costs or claims that may arise from your participation.

6. Governing law

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of Scotland.
  • Any disputes will be dealt with through the Scottish courts.
